From St. Petersburg - Take I-275 North (Howard Frankland Bridge) to Exit 45A which is the Downtown East-West exit. Bear right following the signs for Ashley-Tampa Street. Bear left onto Tampa Street and continue on Tampa Street following the signs for the Convention Center/Harbour Island (you will need to stay in the left-hand lane). You will then merge onto South Franklin Street. Take Franklin Street past the Convention Center over the bridge and Franklin Street turns into South Harbour Island Boulevard.
