Kimberly received her Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2002. She received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2007 where she served as Articles Editor for Nova Law Review.
Kimberly is admitted to practice in Florida state courts as well as the Federal Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Kimberly's primary areas of practice include third party coverage, bad faith, and liability defense. Most of her coverage work is devoted to commercial general liability coverage disputes and excess/umbrella coverage disputes. Kimberly also focuses on general tort, premises liability, and complex construction litigation.
Recently she contributed to the DRI's Florida chapter of a multi-state compendium titled, The Professional Liability Insurance Coverage: A Compendium of State Law.
