Jason O. Lowe is an Associate at Butler Pappas.
Jason was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, and attended Troy University where he obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees. In 2003, Jason received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.
Jason is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining Butler Pappas, Jason's practice was concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation and construction and real estate disputes. Jason now practices almost exclusively in Property Subrogation and Recovery, including all forms of contribution and indemnity claims, in addition to standard subrogation claims. Jason has handled cases throughout the Eastern United Sates, including Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. These cases range from smaller homeowner losses to large scale industrial events.
Jason is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Heart Association, and Kidney Cancer Association. Jason has lived in Florida since 2001 and now resides in South Tampa with his wife and daughter.
